Pledge for more than a prize.

Back a real cause. Pay only if it reaches its goal. And every pledge earns you a shot at the reward attached to it.

What this is

Giving usually costs you. Winning usually costs someone else.

Imagifund sits between the two. Campaigns raise money for something real — housing for a veteran, shoes for children in care, a family getting through the worst week of their life. Everyone who helps fund one earns a shot at the reward attached to it.

Ordinary crowdfunding

You give, and you hope it worked out. Nothing comes back to you.

A raffle

You gamble against everyone else. Almost everybody walks away with nothing.

Imagifund

The cause gets funded, you get a shot at the reward, and you only pay if it actually worked.

How it works

Four steps. No small print.

You do not need to understand crowdfunding, auctions, or anything technical. You need to understand four things.

  1. Pledge

Pick a campaign and decide what you want to put in. Share it around, because the sooner it reaches its goal, the sooner it pays out.

  2. Pay

Nothing is taken when you pledge. Your card is charged only if the campaign reaches its goal in full.

If it falls short, you pay nothing.
  3. Play

Funding a campaign earns you points. Points get you into that campaign's competition, where the last bid standing takes the reward.

  4. Prosper

Your points are yours to keep. Spend them bidding, trade them for discounts in the Points Store, or hold on to them.

It already works

Real campaigns. Real money. Real people.

These ran on Imagifund. The figures are what each campaign raised against its goal.

  • 183% of goal raised

New shoes for children served by the National Children's Advocacy Center in Alabama.

Reward: a $100 Amazon gift card.

  • 130% of goal raised

Housing assistance for a veteran in Georgia.

    Reward: 100 Imagifund bid tokens.

  • 100% of goal raised

Support for the Mooney family through a crisis.

Reward: a VIP table at NFC #181.

Why we built it

Restoring the American dream

We think the dream changed shape. It stopped being about having everything and started being about what ordinary people can do for each other when they pull in the same direction.

A future built together

Opportunity should not depend on where you were born or what you already have. Pooling what we each can spare puts things within reach none of us could reach alone.

Everyday change

You do not need to be wealthy to matter here. Every pledge moves a campaign closer to its goal, and small ones decide more campaigns than large ones do.

Trust you can check

Every contribution is recorded so it cannot be quietly altered afterwards. You can always see where your money went and what it paid for.

It is not about having it all. It is about sharing, collaborating, and lifting each other up.

The obvious question

So what’s the catch?

We understand why this sounds too good to be true. It is a fair thing to ask, and the honest answer is that there isn’t one.

You are only charged if the campaign reaches its goal. Every pledge goes to the cause it was raised for. The rewards are real and they are given away. We would rather you pledge a small amount you will not miss than a large amount you will.

We are not asking you to take that on faith. Join the list, watch what we do, and decide for yourself. Our full business model will be published before launch.
